O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of leadership.

Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is encouraged. Responsibilities include leading the store team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, handling store transfers and online orders, processing returns,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, esp. Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
