Qualifications

• RSS Certification required or obtainable upon hire.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair essential.
• ASE Certification preferred or required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders and notify customers on shipment.
• Handle special orders and returns efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
