Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and orders/transfers are processed promptly.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
