O'Reilly Auto Parts in Madison, NC is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also involves shift management in their absence.

You will lead team members, supervise showroom service levels, handle orders and returns, and ensure security and daily opening/closing duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and the company offers career growth and benefits packages.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and manage merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and building.
