Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Wilkesboro, NC to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will also assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and cross-training on programs is expected. The position emphasizes teamwork, excellent customer service, and efficient operations, including opening/closing duties, bank deposits, and security

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom with execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure phone calls and store transfers are processed promptly and communicating shipment arrivals to customers.
• Handle returns, exchanges and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and that security measures are followed.
