Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and shift management in their store, while driving customer service and store operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and help lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on outstanding customer experiences, timely processing of orders and transfers, and maintaining store presentation and procedures, including end-of-day tasks and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service programs in the showroom.
• Handle telephone calls according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders with timely notifications.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing.
• Perform opening/closing duties and verify money/deposits.
