Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Candidate should be able to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Handle all store opening/closing duties and cash controls per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and transfers promptly and notify customers on shipments.
• Efficiently manage special orders, outside purchases, and returns with accurate refunds.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store and coordinate with merchandising tasks.
• Communicate Zipline messages and ensure merchandising tasks are completed as assigned.
• Maintain schedule adherence, approve deviations, and supervise clock-in/out per policy.
• Provide shift management in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.
