Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Answer calls according to policy and manage omni-channel orders.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper invoicing of merchandise.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money and deposits.
