Job summary

O'Reilly Automotive Stores in Paw Paw, MI is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems helpful.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service in the showroom and execute programs.
• Answer phones per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and courteously.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedule adherence and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
