Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Auto parts knowledge (parts knowledge) helpful.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Oversee phone, orders, transfers, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security checks; ensure proper scheduling and timekeeping.
