Qualifications

• ASE Certification and bilingual ability are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service programs and ensure policy adherence.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and banking procedures.
• Manage buy online/ship to store and store transfers efficiently.
