Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
