Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team adherence to service programs.
• Answer phone according to policy and manage inquiries.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clocks in/out and follows posted work schedule.
