Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the manager's absence.

The position emphasizes strong communication with customers and team members, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The store will focus on delivering excellent service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge (preferred).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner and communicate shipments.
• Handle returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate tasks to the team.
