Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted work schedules and complete opening/closing duties.
• Perform day end procedures, secure money/deposits, and manage security protocols.
• All other duties as assigned.
