Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair helpful.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds and stage returned merchandise appropriately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to posted work schedules and security procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and money handling.
