Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of store management and requires strong communication, multi-language ability, and RSS certification in some cases.

Proactive team leadership and adherence to service programs are essential, with emphasis on efficient order processing, returns handling, and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Retail sales experience preferred, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and orders are processed timely.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store and related transfers, contacting customers upon shipment arrivals.
