O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations in Kernersville, NC.

You will lead frontline team members to provide outstanding service to retail and professional customers and will step into shift management in the absence of store leadership, ensuring efficient store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds; stage merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages; delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team adheres to posted schedules and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
