Job summary

Acacia Network in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee program elements, ensure timely facility schedules, safety, and client living/services. You will supervise operation aides and coordinate with counseling staff.

The role requires supervisory experience, experience in substance use/mental health with women, strong record-keeping, and the ability to train new employees. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Overnight availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Two years of experience in substance use/mental health with women.
• Valid OASAS CASAC-T/CASAC-Counselor certification is a plus.
• Must obtain Mandated Reporter training before hire.
• Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation aides and manage staff.
• Coordinate client movement with operations aides and counseling staff.
• Ensure clients participate in chores and daily living activities.
• Document status of facility in the communication log book.
• Monitor client conduct and behavior during shifts.
• Coordinate client room changes and group activities.
• Assist with inventory of supplies and new client orientation.
• Develop coverage schedules for all shifts.
• Address facility concerns with the facilities team.
• Participate in weekly house meetings and multidisciplinary meetings.
