Cortland is seeking a Resident Services Specialist for our centralized Contact Center in Sandy Springs, GA. You will be the primary contact for residents, resolving concerns, driving satisfaction and retention through service excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We value empathy, adaptability, and strong communication as you navigate multiple platforms such as Funnel, OneSite, and RealPage, ensure confidentiality, and collaborate with a team to uphold Fair Housing practices.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service in a high-volume contact center, preferably multifamily housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management platforms such as Funnel, OneSite and RealPage.
