Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls professionally and schedule appointments.
• Assign daily work/calls and dispatch technicians.
• Provide administrative support including billing and warranties.
• Assist with onboarding and training junior staff.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvements.
