Cortland is seeking a Screening & Applications Specialist in Sandy Springs, GA to manage the leasing process from application submission to move-in. You will serve as the primary contact for applicants, coordinate lease documents, and maintain accurate records in OneSite with a focus on consistency and exceptional service.

You will also oversee pre-move-in tasks, ensure proper insurance and utility updates, and produce daily reports while supporting a fast-paced, confidential environment at

• Experience coordinating leasing processes and applicant flow.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging across levels.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and administer all prospective applications and act as main contact during the process.
• Prepare and finalize leases prior to move-in with accurate documentation.
• Manage documents in OneSite and ensure proper loading of data.
• Drive pre-move-in item collections and confirmations of insurance, bonds, and utilities.
• Maintain lease funnel and CRM for tracking dates and tasks.
• Generate and send adverse action letters to denied applications.
