Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator for Woodland Estates in Charlotte, NC. This part-time role (20 hrs/wk) supports four pillars of resident services, coordinates after-school and teen programs, and builds partnerships with local providers.

You will plan workshops, conduct outreach, and organize community events while working with residents, volunteers, and the property team. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver's license are preferred; mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, engage residents, and conduct proactive outreach in a community-based setting.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative in an independent role.
• Experience or comfort working with youth, families, older adults, and diverse populations.
• Commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents.
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic skills in Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs and plan resident-facing workshops.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan community-building events and provide referrals to access resources.
• Support food distribution including partnerships with food banks.
• Maintain relationships with property management and schedule regular communication.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital efforts.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns.
• Travel with program supplies and attend offsite meetings; mileage reimbursed.
• Publish monthly newsletters and events calendar.
• Collect outcomes data focusing on social impact.
• Assist with budget input for resident service programs.
