Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.
• HS Diploma with some college level courses; college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, telephone etiquette, and public interaction.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents by phone or in person professionally.
• Resolve resident issues with problem-solving to ensure satisfaction, involving the Property Manager as needed.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Document maintenance requests and assign to maintenance staff.
• Assist with Yardi entries (rent payments, maintenance tickets, reports).
• Promote Fair Housing standards and Equal Housing Opportunity requirements.
• Issue resident keys and maintain key log.
• Coordinate extermination requests and manage treatment logs.
