Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred, property management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for residents and prospects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to priorities.
• Basic math skills and understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects with friendly, professional service.
• Assist with apartment tours and leasing activities.
• Explain community features and standards to prospects.
• Maintain leasing paths, amenities, and model apartment readiness.
• Document interactions and service requests in Yardi and other systems.
• Support marketing, promotions, and resident communications.
