You will handle resident relations, leasing support, and administrative tasks to keep communities running smoothly and efficiently. The role requires Spanish fluency, strong organizational and communication skills, and 3+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Spanish required.
• Understanding of property management operations and resident services.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: collect and post rent, assist residents with maintenance requests and follow-up.
• Leasing support: assist with apartment leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination; maintain occupancy goals.
• Administrative duties: manage resident files, waiting lists, and documentation (income, rent calculations, recertifications, inspections).
• Community walks: conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness.
• Vendor & contractor coordination: manage relationships with third-party service providers for timely, quality work on-site.
• Compliance & reporting: ensure files comply with policies and housing regulations; assist with audits and data collection.
