Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (property management experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills for residents and prospects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunity laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by providing friendly, professional service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with apartment tours and leasing activities alongside the Resident Experience Associate and Community Manager.
• Learn and communicate community features, amenities, and McKinley brand standards to prospects.
• Support community presentation by maintaining leasing paths, amenities, and model apartment readiness.
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document interactions, service requests, and activities in Yardi and other required systems.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and resident communications as directed.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly operational workflows.
• Participate in resident events and community engagement activities.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws, company policies, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
