Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. seeks a part-time Research Project Coordinator for a K01-funded study on a web-based PrEP decision aid for YBLMSM and providers.

The role involves qualitative interviews in English and Spanish, participant recruitment, study logistics, and regulatory compliance. Based at 1051 Riverside Drive, NY, with a mission to reduce health disparities and promote equity.

Formación

• BA/BS in Social Sciences, Public Health, Psychology or Behavioral Health or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading or writing).
• 2+ years' experience conducting structured, in-person interviews on sensitive health topics.
• 1+ year working with GCP guidelines and human subjects protections and consent processes.
• 1+ year working with Windows environment (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and SPSS.
• 1+ year writing, editing and proofreading for scientific publications.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, screen, enroll participants and conduct qualitative interviews in English/Spanish.
• Support study personnel in monitoring assignments and study logistics.
• Manage subject payments and procurement for the study.
• Ensure compliance with funders, IRBs and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate issues and solutions to the Principal Investigator promptly.
• Revise and maintain research operating procedures during the study.
• Provide administrative support, draft/proof documents, supervise staff on admin tasks.
