Job summary

Customer Contact Services (CCS) is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English customer support agent to work from home supporting the CTI automotive division. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and document customer interactions for dealerships nationwide.

No prior automotive experience required. Must have GED or higher, strong written/spoken English and Spanish, and solid computer and typing skills. Training provided; remote work with flexible CST shifts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• GED or higher education level.
• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Basic computer hardware/software knowledge.
• Proficient keyboarding and multi-tasking across programs.
• Ability to protect confidential information.
• Strong customer-service principles and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, in both English and Spanish
• Identify caller's needs for call resolution
• Provide customers with product information and automotive services
• Set service appointments for automotive dealerships
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving services
• Adhering to company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency
• Accurately process online reservations
• Accurately document call information and interactions
• Identify and elevate issues to supervisors
• Maintain Quality Assurance standards
• Ongoing training for all CCS client programs and accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers
• Other Duties as assigned
