Reynolds and Reynolds, in partnership with American Guardian Warranty Services (AGWS), is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Automotive for a 100% remote role. You will handle inbound calls about maintenance claims, guide customers through their contracts, and assist with documentation.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish preferred, a technical certification or degree preferred, strong customer service and phone skills, 40 WPM typing, and reliable internet (50 Mbps).

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Technical certification or degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.
• Previous automotive service or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• Reliable internet with at least 50 Mbps download speed.

Responsibilities

• Review automotive contracts and evaluate maintenance claims.
• Obtain documentation from customers to support processing.
• Assist customers with questions about their contracts and maintenance claims.
• Log notes and input documentation in the AGWS system.
