This fully remote role requires 100% attendance, strong punctuality, and the ability to work any shift based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-focused and professional approach.
• 100% attendance and punctuality required.
• Must complete training and certifications.
• Quiet, reliable remote workspace with stable internet.
• Company-compliant device with webcam and microphone.
• Capable of meeting performance targets (CSAT, QA, CPH, occupancy, punctuality).

Responsibilities
