Confidential is seeking a multilingual customer support specialist to assist an international client. You will handle inquiries in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English, delivering clear, accurate resolutions while upholding quality and timeliness.

This fully remote role supports a growing, global customer base and values punctuality and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates communicate fluently in RU/UA and EN, have strong written and verbal skills, and can meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet performance targets (CSAT, QA, CPH, productivity).
