Job summary

Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Ukrainian to join the Bench Team. You will provide fast, accurate, and personalized support through research, troubleshooting, and resolution.

The role requires excellent written English and Ukrainian, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems. This is a hybrid position with two days per week in the Bellevue office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-service experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Written fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Strong written communication and ability to provide clear, professional customer responses.
• Experience using computers and working across multiple systems and support tools.
• Ability to perform initial troubleshooting of common computer and network issues.
• Ability to remain composed and professional when handling stressful or complex customer situations.
• Strong customer focus and a genuine interest in helping people resolve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, client productivity standards, and service expectations.
• Ability to receive, apply, and grow from constructive feedback.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related productivity software.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and seek guidance when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by following established policies and standards.
• Respond to tickets within SLAs and client standards.
• Aim for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures using approved resources and tools.
• Work across multiple systems, knowledge bases, and communication channels.
• Assist with creating and updating knowledge-base articles.
• Collaborate to resolve issues and share knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify trends and resolve issues.
• Research and resolve escalated issues within scope.
• Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries.
• Monitor client communications and stay updated on client directives.
• Respond to escalated requests from Tier 2 agents.
• Use judgment to determine next steps and outcomes.
• Support onboarding of agents into Escalated Accounts workflow.
• Demonstrate Blueprint values in daily interactions.
• Support additional queues and improvement initiatives.
