TNT Staging is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our team from a remote setting. You will be a main contact for clients, handling calls, texts, and emails to ensure a positive experience.

You will collaborate with our Customer Service, Sales, Design, and Logistics teams to support daily operations, coordinate information, and maintain clear communication across departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Raleigh, NC area or surrounding communities.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient with basic computer software and learning new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to text messages and emails, and provide timely, professional customer support.
• Assist clients with general questions, service information, scheduling updates, and other inquiries.
• Maintain clear, friendly, and consistent communication with clients throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service, Sales, Design, Staging, and Logistics teams to share updates and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Use Google Workspace to organize information, update records, and manage daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate client information, contact details, and internal records.
• Follow up with clients and internal team members as needed to ensure timely communication.
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Support general administrative and organizational tasks related to customer service operations.
