Concentrix is seeking a remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our team from home. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve basic technical issues, document in databases, and promote additional products or services with a friendly, professional approach.

This seasonal remote role offers training, performance incentives, and benefits for eligible US employees.

Qualifications

• fluently read, write and speak both Spanish and English.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Interest in seasonal opportunities.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
