Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Full-time availability.
• Excellent home internet wired; Wi-Fi not permitted.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Bilingual (French and English) to respond to calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for product installations, operations and maintenance as well as other customer queries with emphasis on customer care.
• Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established tools and diagnostics; escalate as needed.
• Accurately input data using prescribed applications.
