Aaron’s – Home Solutions Department is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to join the Atlanta metro area online team. You’ll help customers with orders, respond to questions, resolve concerns, and support relationships to drive satisfaction.

You’ll be paid $14.50 per hour with eligibility for incentive pay, paid time off, and a benefits package including health coverage, a 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. Must be bilingual English/Spanish and able to work 10 A.M.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule within business hours (10 A.M.–7 P.M., Mon–Sat) with Wed/Sun off.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and related software.

• Assist customers over the phone with product inquiries, orders, applications, forms, and account updates.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and integrity.
• Guide new and existing customers through the online ordering process.
• Accurately process customer requests and maintain customer records.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Listen actively, identify customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures for issue resolution.
