Aaron's is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to deliver positive experiences by assisting customers over the phone with inquiries, orders, and account updates. You will process orders, maintain accurate records, and escalate complex issues as needed.

This full-time role requires strong communication skills and a bilingual English/Spanish proficiency to support a diverse customer base and help drive satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule within business operating hours.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and call center experience preferred.
