Aaron Services is a family-owned plumbing, heating, and cooling company serving homeowners in the greater Atlanta area since 1978. We’re seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote role based in Georgia.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional communication and scheduling support for plumbing, heating, and cooling services.

Qualifications

• Highly professional and friendly verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependability and ability to work scheduled shifts independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort managing calls, emails, texts, and multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn new software, processes, and service information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer contacts by phone, email, and text.
• Schedule plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning appointments in ServiceTitan.
• Gather and accurately record customer, property, and service information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the scheduling process.
• Convey messages and important information to technicians, managers, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with other administrative work as needed.
• Help ensure every customer receives friendly, responsive service.
