Aaron’s is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) for the Atlanta metro area. You will assist customers by phone with orders, inquiries, and updates, guiding them through online ordering and maintaining records.

A strong emphasis on empathy, accuracy, and timely resolutions is required. The role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, a high school diploma, and availability to work a full-time schedule with weekend hours.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone with product inquiries, orders, applications, forms, and account updates.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and integrity.
• Guide new and existing customers through the online ordering process.
• Accurately process customer requests and maintain customer records.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Listen actively, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues and customer concerns to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures for issue resolution.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
