Acc Premiere is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service experiences through various communication platforms. Based in Brownsville Office - Austin, TX, this position offers $12.50 - $13.00 hourly and requires bilingual skills in Spanish and English.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and be capable of upselling and cross-selling products. Our company values internal promotion and a positive working culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting home appliances.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
