Directors' Choice LLC. is seeking a Bilingual Remote Call Center Representative. This 100% work-from-home role requires residency in FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX, with a 2nd shift, 40 hours/week.

Pay is $16/hour, and the position supports families during delicate times with compassion and professionalism. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, urgent message routing, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from families and funeral professionals with warmth and professionalism.
• Accurately enter and document caller information and service requests into software.
• Route urgent messages and dispatch as needed, ensuring timely notification of staff.
• Translate and relay messages between English and Spanish to ensure clear communication.
• Navigate multiple systems and client instructions during live calls.
• Maintain reliable 24/7 availability.
