Directors' Choice is seeking a bilingual Remote Call Center Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls from families and funeral professionals, while working 100% from home. Location eligibility includes FL, GA, NC, SC or TX with a 2nd shift schedule.

You will gather intake details, relay messages in English and Spanish, and ensure timely dispatch of urgent information with empathy and professionalism, 24/7.

Qualifications

• Location is remote with residency required in FL, GA, NC, SC or TX.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Clear diction, professional tone and strong grammar.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with warmth and professionalism.
• Accurately collect and document intake details in the system.
• Route urgent messages via paging, warm transfer, or dispatch.
• Translate and relay messages in English and Spanish as needed.
• Navigate multiple web applications and client instructions.
• Maintain punctual attendance for 24/7 call support.
