Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in a business-level proficiency of Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and services.
• Develop partnerships with branch teams to serve clients with accuracy.
