Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customers across channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Educates clients on deposits and loan products and suggests solutions.
• Opens accounts, processes service requests, and submits credit applications.
• Promotes digital products and self-service options to meet client needs.
