Job summary

Painters USA, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Regional Safety Specialist to advance safety culture across the Texas region. The role focuses on field-based guidance, audits, investigations, and training, with emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement in safety practices.

Approximately 70% field-based and 30% office-based, the position requires delivering effective safety training (OSHA 10/30, MEWP, etc.), reviewing safety documents, and partnering with operations to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of safety experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to deliver training effectively to employees at all levels.
• Strong understanding of construction safety processes and protocols.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methods.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reports, permits, and training records using MS Office.
• Certifications such as OSHA 500, MEWP trainer, scaffold trainer, confined space trainer, lead abatement trainer, MSHA, and First Aid/CPR/AED trainer preferred.
