Qualifications

• 2+ years of Health & Safety or Operations Management experience with leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Willingness to travel and work at Penske location.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of location safety strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Coordinate safety training and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Oversee Gensuite audits and track findings to completion.
• Provide updates to Operations Leadership and drive corrective actions
