Job summary

JAC Metal Building Contractors, LLC seeks a Bilingual Travel Safety Manager to own safety and compliance company-wide. This role splits time between Poolville, TX, and projects nationwide, partnering with field crews, project managers, and leadership to set safety direction and ensure safe operations.

Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish, have 3+ years in construction safety or OSHA compliance, and hold OSHA 30. Occasional travel is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish; read, write and speak both.
• 3+ years of construction safety or OSHA compliance experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required; trainer certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the company safety program company-wide, setting standards and strategy.
• Travel to active projects to conduct bilingual safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions; manage workers’ compensation claims.
• Maintain safety training records and ensure regulatory compliance across all sites.
