Job summary

Jac Metal Building Contractors LLC is seeking a Bilingual Travel Safety Manager to own safety and compliance company-wide. This role splits time between our Poolville, TX office and projects across the United States, partnering with crews, project managers, clients, and staff to set safety direction and ensure safe operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and strong bilingual training abilities.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; read, write, and speak both.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel nationwide ~75-80%.
• 3+ years in construction safety or OSHA compliance; supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification; willingness to obtain 500/501.
• Safety program management experience and ability to lead bilingual trainings.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead safety program company-wide; set standards and strategy.
• Travel to active projects; conduct bilingual safety orientations and toolbox talks weekly.
• Perform on-site safety inspections; coach crews and verify corrections.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Maintain safety training records and audit-ready documentation.
• Develop and update safety program, policies, and procedures.
• Manage Got Safety App and related logs/reports.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and halt unsafe work when needed.
• Coordinate with field crews, project managers, and leadership.
