ADP, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and support Environmental, Health & Safety activities across Texas.

This role requires a strong field presence, leadership of safety professionals, and close partnership with Operations, Project Management, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and field employees. The successful candidate must influence safe execution while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of construction safety/EHS experience.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, locations, or field teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards.
• Experience leading safety professionals and partnering with Operations.
• Strong incident investigation and corrective-action capability.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety professionals and maintain a strong field presence across Texas projects.
• Partner with Operations and Project Management during pre-planning, mobilization, kickoff, and execution.
• Personally visit active job sites to verify work processes and field execution, conduct inspections, coach employees and supervisors, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Reinforce JHAs, DRAs, toolbox talks, permits, and required safety documentation.
• Oversee high-risk work including excavation, utilities, electrical, heavy equipment, traffic control, lifting, and fall protection.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and support employee/subcontractor training, engagement, and compliance.
